Through TNS Teleseker, we were able to evaluate our workshops externally for the fourth year in a row. For us, this represents a reliable source where we can build on. TNS is one of the leading organizations regarding market research in Israel. For Matzmichim, they conduct telephone surveys with the teachers and educators of the particular schools where we were offered a workshop in the past months. In the survey of this year, 133 teachers were interviewed.  

The survey takes place 6 months after the conducted workshop in order to check the sustainable changes. So we could get an insight whether the teachers keep on working with our methods. In most of the schools the teachers are cancelling the lessons for three days in order to cope with situations of an actual crisis. In some schools we work continuously with different classes, where the workshop may become more like a prevention program. Therefore, we need to consider that in some schools the effect of amazement is much bigger than in other schools where they already know the style of the methods. The 6 months in between the workshop and the interview with the teachers quite ensure a distance to the experienced workshop and the long-term contribution of the workshop becomes obvious.
