Dr. Koby Gutterman
Researcher and Educator, Head of the Center for the Development and Training of School Principals, Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology & the Arts, Israel. As a consultant he supported the work of the Israeli Minister of Education. Koby Gutterman is involved in the education of Children and Youth by working with the „Israel Center for Educational Innovation” (ICEI).
Dr. Miriam Rosman
She is the executive of Foreign Affairs at the Academic College in Beit Berl. Previously, she held a position at the Israeli Embassy in Paris. She completed a Doctorate of Philosophy with a degree in “International Relationships” and “Modern History” from the Sorbonne University in Paris.
Dr. Ori Katzin
Ori Katzin carries out researches and evaluates educational, social and welfare programs, she founded the Institute for Evaluation “Amot Mida”. She received her doctorate of philosophy from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Furthermore, she has a degree in social work and social care.
Dr. Avi Assor
Dr. Assor is a professor in the Department of Education at Ben-Gurion University and a researcher in the field of humanity. He has published a variety of studies and articles, guides academic work, and is a recipient of numerous research grants. Despite being a prominent researcher he still works with a bottom up perspective: In the 1990s he founded “the motivation group”, a reform program in which researchers intervene in schools in order to stimulate autonomous motivation among administrators, teachers and students.

Chen Arieli is the Co-Chair of the Israel National LGBT Task Force, a nonprofit organization representing the LGBT community in Israel. For the past 20 years Chen has been a social activist in the field of feminism and human rights while being and a spokesperson for healthy Body image and women empowerment.
For the last three years, Shlomi has served as the Director of the Department of Intel’s IT infrastructure in Europe and Israel. He also has over 10 years of experience in managing various departments of the organization’s IT Intel. Shlomi has been an Intel employee for over 20 years. He holds a B.A. in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from the College of Management in Tel Aviv.
Gil’ad Gamrov-Shaked, Founder
Gil’ad was born in 1961 in Kibbutz HaMa’apil and was raised there. He served in the army during the Lebanon war (1982) and studied Jewish philosophy at Hebrew University. Gil’ad has a degree in economics and management. He worked as a political consultant in Israeli politics for 10 years. Gil’ad also has a trading company in Russia, where he lived from 2003 to 2008. He currently lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden.
Oz Segal: CPA, B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University. Currently CFO at Elsight, the communication systems for video and data transmission are developed securely and in real time on mobile networks, in high rhythms and broadband. He is a volunteer in the Israeli Children’s Association with the help of foreign workers and works at Uplifters as a financial adviser.
Shirley Oren: Mother of two sons, the content of Vicom channels in Israel, including the children’s channels – Nick Junior, Nickelodeon and Tin Nik, in the company of communication clouds.
She has a B.A. in communication and management and has been working in television for children for 24 years. She believes that every child has strengths and wants to have a positive impact on their future. She also likes to contribute with her experience from administration and her knowledge of the world of children. She also advocates for the younger generation in terms of leaders in order to create a change in the social atmosphere and communication between children in schools.
Tomer Shani: He has a B.A. in law from the University of Cambridge in the UK and an M.A. in Law from Duke University in the USA. Tomer is a partner of the corporate and securities group at Meitar Liquornik Geva, Tal & Co. Specializes in representing technology projects in venture capital and private entrepreneurs in a wide range of mergers and acquisitions transactions, venture capital investments, private debt and capital offerings, strategic investments, joint ventures and strategic cooperations, technology licensing, sales and marketing agreements. In addition, Tomer offers business and trade consulting services to local and international customers. Before joining M&A/Private Equity Group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Norwich as part of his work with Abed Tomer, Natan was represented on the basis of pro-bono for asylum seekers from Tibet who were in their country because of their political persecution. Tomer lives in Tel Aviv and is active in a number of non-profit organizations.
